Discussion regarding a proposed ��Window of Restriction" for
prime time periods on weekends and holidays followed. During
such determined periods full-rate, cash fee only, will be in
effect .
John Watson is to prepare written proposals to establish and
clarify details to govern the specified period.
UPDATE FROM KEN WHEELER
Ken gave an overview of the main demands on his staff and
financial resources. His approach is to strike a balance of
effort to prioritize the specific needs of the facility in
relation to available resources.
Particular ongoing effort is aimed at preparation and
readiness for the Labor Day Tournament.
UPDATE BY LENNIE STROUP
Lennie pointed out financial references that indicate a quite
favorable current situation and trend.
Fairview course is in exceptional season-interval condition.
UPDATE FROM JOHN WATSON
The current outlook is quite good. July was comparatively
favorable. Trend has it that the final two months of summer
may provide a gap-closing opportunity.
John expressed appreciation for the various promotional
programs.
OLD BUSINESS
Chairman Osgood announced the need to fill an existing
vacancy on the Board.
MOTION BY DAN ROWELL
Moved that Wally Hammons be recommended for appointment to
the Board.
SECOND BY PAT INGLIS
Passed by unanimous vote.
Pat Inglis announced plans for a Brad Carrow Memorial. He
also made mention of future considerations regarding existing
Tree Memorial Plan.
