by �Golf Board Memb�rs, Pro John Watson and ten int;eres�e 'r:��4�,�
citizens. �.11 in attendance were welcameel and encouraged to _.

Those p�rese�t were in�ormed of the planning nature of the
meeting that was immediatel.y preceding a Workshop Session
with the Caldw�!1�. City �'ouncil. All were invited and
encauraged to att�nd that ensuing �essiona
The primary �1.annfng objectiv2 was stated ta be ttzat of
increasing s°evenue a�t Caldwell Golf Courses; with curxent
priority o� cansic3eration to be on's�ason pas�es. Specific
referenc� was made to �he two passes that were recomr�ended at
the regular rn�eting held at 8:00 a..m. on this r�ate. (See
minutes of tha� meeting,)
ElJay and J'eft provid�d resp�cti�re projection sheets �hat
referenced the returns that var3.ous rat�� un��r consideration
would provide. The�r each inclue.�ed elaboration r�garding th�e
fisc3l reaifty that mu�t be ac�.:amplishe�d by Caidwell Golf.
Vice-Chairman �hirley Aka�i gave an overvfe�v of current plans
far futur� activity in the realm of advertising an�3
proznotion. C?ne highlight af intended activity w�i 11 be the
es�ablishment of a booth at the coming Golf Expo in Baise.
Two memb�r� c� the Caldwell Men�s Golf Associa�ion
Baard--Terry F�i�? and Jahn Houstan--offered a variety of
p�rtfnent camm�ntary. They were bath quite positive in
cafferin.g a continuation of assistance and support frnm CMGA.
Je�ry NilSSen, season pass holder and golfer at bc�th courses,
expressed appreciation £or the opportunity nf �xpression. He
pffered some statistical �eference to the variaus seasan
passes current�.y in effeet. He expressed that the num�ers
tend �o subst�ntiate a nee� to retain some form of the
r�s�rict�d g��s. He aisa rPCOmmended that there be a"Seni�r
Cons#.derataan"' in any final mix of season passes.
Chairman (7sgc�od announcpd that the rate schedulc wou]:d most
�.i'kely be finalizecl by the Caldwell City Council in December.
