ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas and roll was taken.
The following agenda was discussed:
New Business:
Closing Purple Sage:
In the August meeting the proposal to City Council was to close the course
December l to February l to save some operating costs. Mayor Nancolas advised
the board that after consulting the City Attorney that is not possible to do this year.
New proposal:
After much discussion Karen made the following motion. 2012 Season passes
will be good from date of purchase until March 1 2013. (NOTE PURPLE SAGE
WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 2012 & JANUARY 2013.) Lorraine seconded
the motion. Motion carried.

Fairview will remain open year around.
Other business:
Lenny Stroup requested that the green fees at Fairview be rounded off to $11.00
(includes tax). Motion was made by Zach to change Fairview green fee to $11.00
including tax. Seconded by Doreen. Motion carried.
No other business was discussed.
