Meeting was called to order by Shirley. Roll was taken. Minutes were read and
approved as read.
The following agenda was discussed:
New Business:
Election of officers was held. Following officers were elected.
Zach Waggoner Chairman
Shirley Akagi Vice Chairman
Lorraine Navis Secretary
Motions were made by Lorraine seconded by Dan. Motions all carried.
El Jay report on how the course has done for the year.

Old Business
Proposal for closing Purple Sage was reviewed as was the 2012 season passes.
Board was reminded that it would be meeting in the months of April, June, August,
November & February. If additional meetings are needed they will be held.
No other business was conducted. Next meeting will be held February 2012.
Meeting adjourned.
