I. Discuss and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the amount
and length of the Certificates of Participation for the new irrigation system at
Purple Sage Gold Course

1. Mr. Cooper called the meeting to order and introduced Mr. Wrigley and Ms. Kiler
who then addressed the Board. They presented the aptions available on the
certificates.
Taking their recommendations, it was moved by Bob Burns and seconded by
Shirley Akagi that the Board recommend to the City Council that we take $227,000.00
of retained earnings in conjunction with $800,000.00 from the Certificates of
Participation to be repaid over a 15 year period.
The motion was passed unanimously.
11. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 AM.
