Chairman Boyd Cooper called the meeting to order and took the roll call. �
(11 Chairman's Report
Boyd passed out the new golf fees for the year 2001 that has been approved by the City
Council. Sales t� and the employee's fee were the only major changes.
Shirley Akagi reported she has a photographer hired to take the pictures for Golf South
Idaho. He will take pictures at both courses. We should have them for the ne� meeting.

John Watson's ReAOrt
John reported things were going good at Purple Sage. Reports there may have been
60,00-65,00 rounds of golf played at Purple Sage to date.

Reports that things are a little down at Fairview but that things are looking good.
Gordv's Renort
Reports he is going to plant tree to screen the #4 tee box. Talked about changing the
ladies tee box on #8 making it a little longer. Work begins next month on the imgation
system at Fairview.
Shannon ask about the new restrooms. They have three plans they are considering; the
first one will be on #15 and then the following year on #2.
EIJav Waite's R�ort
E1Jay reported that two young men have confessed to doing the damage at Purple Sage
Golf Course. He �.sks the board for recommendations of punishment. It was suggested
that th�y apologize and do 160 hours of community service, which would consist of
working at the golf course.
