the brochure, but not the season ticket price.
Cooper announced that this would ke the last neeting of 2000. No meeting in

Cooper thanked the board members for making the year a harmonious one caith no real
divisive problems. He also thanked Gordy Crockett for the excellent job he has done
this year in keeping both courses in such excellent condition.
2) REPORT FROM JOHN WATSON
John asked if retired city employees are eligible for the discount seasons pass rate
offered to city employees. The board told John to check with E1Jay Waite and the
mayor to see what the city policy will be.
The board gave an okay to the request from Jean Bennett to use the pass she bought
this year for next season. She was unable to play this season because of illness.
John reports that revenue for October is down, probably due to the weather.
A Christian school group has requested use of the Purple Sage course for one day for
a golf marathon. Because of the objections of season ticket holders, it is difficult
to close the course for a full day. Jeff Osgood made the motion that we rent them 9
holes on a Monday in late October for $2000.00 and told John to go ahead with
negotiations. The motion was seconded by Elvin Simpson and passed unanimously. The
organization is the Foundation Academy.
