1. Request 5-foot vacation of . ``V
Arthur Street (Former Blackers Building), (Cieveland LLC)
One of the existing buildings is encroaching in provided R-O-W. A motion was made and the
Tra�c Commission agreed unanimously to have the City Engineer establish a compensatory
solution on the City's behalf and then communicate said solution to Cleveland LLC.

2. Request to "Paint Crosswafk" and install "Flashing LighY' on Linden in front of Wilson
School. (Becky Geissler)
Ms. Geissler expressed concern regarding an existing crosswalk at the intersection of Windsor
street and Linden Avenue near the entrance to Wilson School. After a site review, it was noted
that appropriate signage is in place and the "school zone" speed limit of 20 mph is in effect.
A motion was made and the Traffic Commission agreed unanimously to have Chief Sobba
request to have School Resource Officers discuss the situation with school authorities,
suggesting the School provide crossing guards or initiate the formation of a parents group to aid
the students crossing at Windsor and Linden. A seemed possibility was to remove the crosswalk.
The Commission was not supportive of installing a"flasher".

mentioned suggestions.
