"No U-Turn" - Centennial overpass (Cpl. Watson)) Cpl. Jim Watson of CPD requests two "No U-turn" signs be placed on the Centennial overpass in the area of the West bound off ramp from I-84 on to Centennial Way to deter illegal U-turns in the area. The overpass was identified as State of Idaho jurisdiction, and warrant and/or accident data did not accompany the request. It was also noted that the City is promoting a"U-turn" plan to deal with traffic issues on Highways 55 and 20/26. It was the decision of the Traffic Commission to table the issue until further information is received. ����r# G�i��' �+��� �; Request further information from Cpl. Watson 2. Request for "Red Zone" or "No Parking" at Vallivue High School Entrances — Homedale (Cpl. Watson) Cpl. Jim Watson of CPD requests that Vallivue be allowed to paint red curbing for 50 feet on both sides of the Homedale road entrances into Vallivue High School parking lot. Request determination for "Stop" sign placement on Classified Streets (Engineering) The Engineering department identified locations where a local street intersects a classified street w/o a stop sign and requests from the traffic Commission direction on the placement of signage. The Traffic Commission reviewed the list and made the following recommendations. Request Road Closures to accommodate the Indian Creek Restoration project (Kate Malm) Katie Malm of the Engineering department identified locations where a local street closure is necessary to allow final stages of demolition and future restoration of the Indian Creek Project to occur. Requested street closures are as follows: • Along 7 between Blaine St and Cleveland Blvd, East side only. Parking on the West side is to be left available for customers. • Along Blaine St, between 7 and Kimball on the North side. When parking closer to Kimball, be conscious of days when the contractor might be doing construction close to curbside. Traffic Commission noted that the requested closures have been an on-going and necessary expectation of the Indian Creek Project.
