Mr Gaukel stated his appreciation for the work that has been done on the road in front of his home and is now concerned about excessive speeding. Upon review it was agreed by the Traffic Commission that the above location does not meet criteria required to warrant Stop Signs: • 2 Classified streets intersecting • Accident History • Vision Obstruction • Volume — No inordinate delay A motion was made and the Traffic Commission agreed unanimously to monitor the situation and suggests no change at this time. ,; Send correspondence to Mr. Gaukel 2. Request for "No Parking" designation on Cleveland and Blaine in the Historic District — (Leonard Silvani) Mr. Silvani submitted the above request citing reasons of aesthetics and safety. Traffic Commission came to the conclusion that to further reduce already restricted parking options in that area would actually incite dangerous traffic situations, i.e. backing out of driveways onto Cleveland and Blaine, congesting alley ways. As to addressing the request for aesthetic reasons, sustaining a higher level of safety out weighs the visual benefit. A motion was made and the Traffic Commission agreed unanimously to monitor the situation and suggests no change at this time. . ?"i Send correspondence to Mr. Silvani.
