2. Request "No Parking" signage along Linden between Aviation and the new airport
terminal. (Chief Allgood)
Chief Allgood made the above request in the interest of public safety. Drivers are parking in the
area indicated to watch aircraft take off and land. The area is currently designated as a runway
safety area but there is no signage to prevent parking. Brent will send Chief Allgood a link to an
exhibit showing the designated runway safety area. A motion was made and the Traffic

Extension of Runway Safety Area on Linden Road and Ustick Road.

the Extension of Runway Safety Area on Linden Road and Ustick Road.
3. Request redesign of the intersection at 13 Street Fillmore Avenue (Dr. Royce Wright)
Dr. Wright requests the intersection at 13' Street & Fillmore Avenue be redesigned from the
current "Y" configuration into a standard T-intersection. A T intersection could be created by
extending the existing sidewalk to remove the curved section of roadway on 13 The paved area
could be left and converted into parking for the Oasis Worship & Food Center. TC suggests
asking the church to participate in the cost if existing pavement is converted into parking since
they would be the ones to benefit from the change. A motion was made and the Traffic
Commission agreed unanimously to have Robb work with Dr. Wright on parking options or just
closinq off the street
