RE: LIABILITY INSURANCE
In going through the Hangar Leases for the Caldwell Airport, I
have found that very few of the tenants have submitted a copy of
their liability insurance. This stipulation is specifically
stated in your lease and in the Minimum Standards.
The Commission has requested that all tenants please do this as
soon as possible. Many times the insurance is in force, but the
insurance companies just fail to send the City a copy. To keep
all the records straight, I would appreciate you notifying your
insurance company.
