ITEMS COVERED:
1. Airport Commission called to order by Bob McGee at 12:05 PM.
2. Approved the Airport Commission minutes for March 2004 with following
correction. Scotty Crandlemire will design vehicle ID stickers instead of Pat
Driscoll.
3. Pending Airport and Airport Overlay Zone is schedule to be presented to Caldwell
City Council on April 19 council meeting.
4. The Airport Development fmal report is being prepared by W& H Pacific.
5. The airport power point presentation has been approved. Curt Hawking and Tom
Lemenager will work to script the presentation to be completed by May lst.
6. Airport AIP:
6.1 Tom Lemenager and Jason Ritchie (T/O) presented a preliminary layout
� for the 04 AIP project. The AIPis broken into two (2) parts as follows.

• 6.2 Part One: The coating of taxiways will be done in two (2) phases.
6.3 Part Two: The fencing and gates. Discussion on location of fence and
gates along Linden and Airport Way. Also, discussed fencing and gates at
the existing airport office/cafe for access to the building.
6. Airport Commission Meeting adjourned at 1:30 PM. Ne� commission meeting
to be held on May 6 at 12 Noon.
NOTE:
There will be a City Council workshop on May 6, 2004 at the Caldwell Police
Station on 5�' Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the new
development plan which includes opening up the North side and the construction
of the new terminal building.
