ITEMS COVERED;
• 1. Airport Commission called to
order by Bob McGee at 12:05 PM.
2. Approved the minutes for September 2003 meeting vvas approved. Since a
quorum was not present this was not a legal meeting.
3. No action to date on replacement for Phil Reed on the airport commission.
4. Tom Lemenager from T Engineering gave an update on FAA Airport
Improvement Project (AIP) Fy 2004 projects for the Caldwell Airport.
5. Larry Kalousek of CSHQA and Mark Napier of W&H Pacific an update for the
new auport terminal. This is part of the Airport Development Plan under W&H
Pacific scope of work.
6. Curt Hawkins said the two airport ordinances are stalled at city hall. There has
been no action during September.
7. Curt Hawkins announced the Idaho Airport Management A.ssociation Conference
to be held in Sun Valley, ID on October 15�'.
