• ITEMS COVERED:
1. Airport Commission called to order by Bob McGee at 12:05 PM.
2. Welcomed the reappointment of Phil Fouts, new member Dr. Randy Rudeen, and
Mack Kreizenbeck (Alternate) to the airport commission.
3. Approved the minutes for March, April, May, June, August. September, October,
November, and December 2003 meetings was approved.
4. Tom Lemenager from T-O Engineering gave an update on FAA Airport
Improvement Project (AIP) FY 2004 projects for the Caldwell Airport. The
following projects are:
✓ Mid-field taatiway.
✓ Fencing and gates.
✓ Taxiway seal coating.
✓ Property purchase.
5. Discussion on the two airport ordinances. Curt Hawkins has been working with
Mark Hilty, city attorney. Mark has informed Curt Hawkins that the two
ordinances should be ready for public hearings in February or March.

. 6. Bob McGee elected Airport Commission Chairman and Phil Fouts, Vice
Chairman for 2004.
7. Meeting adjourned at 1:05 PM. The neart airport commission will be February 5,
2004 at city hall.
NOTE: In the future, Susan Miller, City Clerk will put on the airport agenda where
the airport commission will meet at city hall. Susan schedules all conference rooms.
Rick Wells stated that there is a large room at the Caldwell Police Station that could
possibly be used.
