ITEMS COVERED:
• 1. Airport Commission called to order by Bob McGee at 12:05 PM.
2. Approved the Airport Commission minutes for Apri12004.
3. Pending Airport Overlay Zone has to be approved by Caldwell P&Z before going
for public hearing latter this summer. The Airport Zone will go for public hearing
this fall.
4. The Airport Development final report prepared by W&H Pacific was adopted and
passed by the Caldwell City Council on May 3, 2004.
5. Tom Lemena.ger (T/O) presented the first cut of the airport power point. There
will be adjustments before the fmal copy is completed.
6. Airport AIP:
6.1 Tom Lemenager (T/O) presented an update on the 04 AIP project.
6.2 Bob McGee will prepare a draft on how the gate cards will be issued. This
will be presented at the ne� commission meeting for discussion.
7. Airport Commission Meeting adjourned at 1:10 PM.
