Chairman Bob McGee called the meeting to order at 12:06 PM.
1 Minutes of 11 02, 2006 Airport Commission Meetings approved.
• Mr. Lemenager stated that the Final Marking for the Runway Seal Coat Project (FY-06)
was completed on October 23 The work remaining includes the installation of the actual
directional, mandatory, and distance remaining signs and the related electrical vault work.
The voltage regulator for the vault has been delivered to the electrical contractors shop.
However, the signs have still not been delivered from the supplier, Crouse Hinds.
According to what Crouse Hinds has told the electrical contractor, the signs themselves
have been built, but the message panels are not complete.
The electrical contractor tells us that once everything is delivered, the signs and associated
vault work can be completed in approximately four working days, and that none of the
construction/installation will affect airport operations.
FY — 07 Project, Gordon Law with the city has approved our Contract to support him in
completing the property purchases of the Houston and Priddy (Tri Cedar LLC). Our role
in the project is limited to surveying, and report writing to the FAA. The reimbursement
of these purchases is the project Gordon wants to pursue for 2007.
Hoyt Flemming:
In order to allow Lessee's to obtain loans for improvement upon leased property, the
Airport commission herby recommends that paragraph 13 of the AIRPORT TENANT
AGREEMENT be replaced in it's entirety with paragraph 7.06 of the BOISE AIRPORT

• Jeff Miller:
The airport commission would like to be kept in the loop as expansion proceeds on the
East Side of the airport. As the water and sewer lines are installed under the roadway, it
would keep the roadway from being torn up if water and sewer lines were stubbed in for
the proposed construction on the airport.
Help needed with barbeque, good chefs needed to barbeque sirloin steaks. Might rain so
plan for that. Any volunteers? 10 to 14 scouts and leaders will be here to help with
parking. We will pass the hat for the troops for all their help. What turnout is expected?
300 steaks and chairs have been ordered. Auction off the extra steaks that night. Start
cooking at 3:45 pm. 500 newsletters sent out - maybe more people will show up this year.
320 people showed up at the barbeque six years ago. Who is in charge of tables of
condiments, drinks, plates, and side dishes? We will be passing out rules and regulation.
The movie entitled Runway 16 Right will be played during the evening. Curt will have his
sound system there
The meeting was adjourned at 1:20 PM.
