The meeting was call�d ta ord�r by Marty IZoch. Esther
Stoddard maved, secondzd by biack Kreiz�nbeck to approve the
Octob�r and Navember ;��inutzs. TYiotion carried.
Tam Whe�ler, City Buildirig Inspector� �•�ported that the
fiberglass shop tY�,at �vid wants ta build is not a building
cod� problem, but rathzr a zoning or.2 and it is zan2d for
it. Thz building can �e built to protect from explosian.
He also explained the smell would b� wars� than the hazard
of explosion. Mack Kr�izenbeck renewe3 his motion to
recommend to th.� City Council in favor of Avid building a
fiberg3ass shop, as lang as they me�t all Gity cod�s.
Esther Stoddard s�conded the motion. Motian carried.
Esther 5toduard nominated, seconded by Mack Rreiz�nbeck,
Paul Collins to serve on the Airport Commission. Paul
accepted the nomination. The vote was una;�imaus. Marty
Koch will submit Paul's name for Airport Commissioner to
th� Mayar.
Jerry Olsan reported:
HE will get a date of when the power lines w�ll be tak2n
down.
Announced Ron R�d�r►ar�d, City Engirezr, has resigned and it
may be necessary to have enginz2ring services contractzd.
Has visited with Mayor-el�ct Jim Dakan stating that he is
interested in having an access road to the airport.
The AWAS structur� is in and has b�en approved by the FAA.
AWAS pays for the electricity used.
Will get �stimate to have thz airport surv�yed.
The Commission will send a letter to Ron Redmond thanking
him for his help and suppert.

Discussian followed on the City's policy for paving and
financing on leased land at �he airport. The Commission
was also asked to take a good look at the airport master
plan. Mart� Koch and Mack Kreizenbeck wiil schedule a
meeting with Pat and Chuck Palmer to �iscuss paving and the
airport master plan. Proposals will be brought back to the
commission at a later me�ting.
Valley Air Photos was the business spot light. Dick '
Graville did a presentation on his business. He explain2d �
he takes aerial phctcs covering a 300 mile radius. The
photos are mostly used for making maps or r2cognizance.
Mack Kreizenbeeck moved to adjourn. M��ting adjourned.
