CALDWELL AIRPORT COMMISSIQN MEETING
Shore and Shore Aviation - February 15, 1991
A supplemental meeting of the Airport Commission was held at
Shore and Shore Aviation on February 15, 1991,
questions the Commissioners may have on a to clarify
Shore lease of Lots 13 and 14, Proposed Shore and
Commission members in attendance were Marty Koch, Paul Col
Dean Dishman and Bob McGee. lins,
Marty Koch called the meeting to order at 1000.
The following items pertaining to the proposed lease were
discussed with the Shores: `
1• Location
2. Term and effective date.
3• Rental rate.
4• Time allowed to develop the lot.
- 5• F.B4O. categories.
6 • Water service.
The Airport Manager will prepare a lease incorporating the above
items as discussed and bring it to the Airport Commission for
approval.
The meeting was ad�journed at 1100.
