Commission Meeting
December 2nd, 1993
We will meet in AVJET's classroom and, as usual, lunch will
be availble from Josey's regular tickle-your-pellet menu.
Fly, drive or walk. But come in and "approach" these items:
Old Business:
1. Some folks are interested in a grass or mowed weed strip
along the north side of the main runway. Do we have a
liability problem?
2. Update on possible refund from FAA on property bought
now being used as landing site for Skydive.
3. Fliteline hangars are under construction. Update on
grading information.
4. The FQ�A has sent us approval for all hangar construction
in the new taxiway project. This means all that is needed
to proceed is sign your leases and get your building
permit from the city of Caldwell.
NeN Business:
1. Lee Rice is accumulating too much garbage. Everyone uses
his dumpster. W1th the coming of new hangars, maybe we
need to look at a community garbage dump for airport
tenants.
2. The EP,4 has given us a clean bill of health - at present.
They find no need to take further action.
3. The gates are coming, the gates are coming. At long last
these are under construction. Even as we meet, there may
be some installation work being done.
4. The Leland Earnest lease is up for renewal. He has asked
to exercise the option of renewal.
