02-01-1996 AIRPORT MINUTES Caldwell Industrial Airport Minutes February lst,1996 Another meeting aiithout enough members of the commission to form a quorum. That's two so far this year. However, those present discussed all items on the agenda that did not require an official vote by its members. Those_present_were: Marty Koch, Bob Renfro and Dr.Roy McLaughlin of the coimmission, Bill Statham and Kevin Bissel from Toothman-Orton, Keith Eisberg of Skydive Idaho, Bill Hinkle, Hinkle Aviation, and Paul Janes, a possible tenant of the airport.
