Minutes
Present: Chairman Marty Koch, commission members Dean Dishman,
Bob McGee, Dr Roy Mclaughlin, Phil Fouts and Budd Kehne. Also
present were Wayne Pickerill from the State Board of Aeronautics,
Bill Hinkle, Lee Rice, Bob Stone, Keith Eisberg, Jim & Anita
Shore and Bill Statham.
The meeting was called to order at �2:07 by Chairman xoch and the
minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed. Items
addressed from the agenda and those introduced were:
1. Wayne Pickerill spoke regarding the very tight money for
our coming 96/97 year. As you know, shortly thereafter,
congress voted funding for the next two years which looks
like it will be a boon to us. But we must get our leases
into compliance.
2. Marty xoch subma.tted a glowing retirement speech. His
retirement was reluctantly accepted but is being pressed to,
at least, stay on as a commission member.
3. The commission accepted the proposed Bill Hinkle lease.
4. The commission voted to have Enviro-Progress clean up their
operation or be asked to move.
5. Both Lee Rice and Shore& Shore announced their coming card-
lock gas systems.
6. Bill Statham made a presentation on the final stages of the
Master Plan.
