Re: Regular June 4th Commission Meeting
Those present were commission chairman Dr. Roy McLaughlin,
commission members Dean Dishman, Bob McGee, Tony ElordJ � Anita
and Budd Kehne. Others present included Allen Vulk,
Shore, George Eldridge and Lee Rice.
The meeting was called to order at 1:06 by chairman �hem to l reflect

Items the were discussed included:
1. Allen Vulk of the Allen Vulk Auction Service said he would
like to hold a fly-in auction on the Caldwell airport
sometime later this year or next. The auction would include
airplanes and relats aa�rovedninrconcep�taand Allen was
affair. The idea wa pp
to provide more details for our next meeting.
2. The manager mentio �h o�� • Parking letter had been mailed
to all tenants of P
3. A brief update on the coming:construction and our grants for
this year was explained by the manager.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 12:30.
5. The commission went into executive session at 12:35.
6. No conclusions or actions were taken during the executive
session which adjourned at 12:50.
