INVOCATION BY TOBY SCHROEDER FROM THE FRIENDS CHURCH. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS AND INTRODUCTION OF SPECIAL VISITORS. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION. CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Dispense with the reading of the minutes from the May 3, 1999, Regular City Council Meeting, and approve as written; 2. Accept the minutes of the various boards and commissions; 3. Approve Order of Decision on fmal plat of Silver Bow Estates Phase 2; 4. Approve dedication of utilities for Silver Bow Estates; 5. Approve dedication of utilities for Falcon Ridge II. OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 1. Protest Hearing on Local Improvement District 98-4 Assessment Roll. 2. Consider Bill No. 20 to approve the Assessment Roll for L.I.D. 98-4 with request to waive the rules and pass tonight after one reading by title only. 3. Public Hearing on Case No. ANN-16-99, a request for annexation of approximately 0.24 acres into the City as an R-1 Zone — Wildflower Subdivision. 4. Consider Bill No. 21 for above annexation with the request to have the first reading at this time and waive the rules and pass after the second reading on June 7, 1999. 5. Public Hearing on Case No. ANN-17-99 and SUB-34P-99, a request for annexation of approximately 38 acres into the City as an R-1 Zone, and preliminary plat approval to develop 175 residential lots lrnown as Southern Heights. 6. Consider Bill No. 22 far above annexation with request to have the first reading at this time and to waive the rules and pass after the second read'mg on June 7, 1999. 7. Approve Preliminary Plat for the development of 175 residential lots known as Southern Heights. 8. Public Hearing on Case No. OA-23-99, a request to approve various text amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 1451. 9. Consider Bill No. 23 for above amendment to the City Code regarding zoning with the request 10. to have the first reading at this time. 11. Schedule a Special Meeting to Canvass the Votes from the Special Bond Election on May 25�' for May 26` Financial Report. City Council Reports. Mayor's Comments. Adjourn. Next Regular City Council Meeting on June 7, 1999.
