The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas.
City Council members present: Blacker, Ozuna, Hopper, Callsen, and Dakan.
City Council members absent: Sobba.
Appointed officials present: ElJay Waite, Brian Billingsley, Mark Wendelsdorf, Chris Allgood, Debbie
Geyer, and Brent Orton. Absent: Monica Jones.

(BUDGET DISCUSSION ITEMS)
General Fund Budget
Discussion was held concerning possible options to reduce the general fund budget by
o
each department head evaluating non-essential purchases for postponement or deletion.
The Mayor will implement bi-weekly meetings with department heads from non-safety
o
service departments to review the general fund budget.
The Mayor reported that all overtime expenditures are being closely monitored.
o
It was determined that an additional City Council budget workshop would be set for Thursday, July 28, at
6:00 p.m. for the final review of the general fund.
No decisions were made and no action was taken at this workshop.
