with reading of the minutes of the October 18, 2004 Regular City Council Meeting and approve as written; 2. Approve acceptance of the minutes from the Caldwell Golf Board held on September
15, 2004; 3. Approve Order of Decision on Case No. SUB-95(1)F-03 (Four Seasons No. 1) and Case No. SUB-55(6)F-00 (Delaware Park No. 6); 4. Approve appointment of Lorene Oates to the
Historical Preservation Commission; 5. Approve Resolution authorizing execution of a Joint Powers Agreement with Canyon Highway District No. 4 for shared street operational responsibility;
6. Approve Impact Fee Reimbursement for the Caldwell East Urban Renewal Agency; 7. Approve Award of Bid for Street Department Sweeper Truck to Metroquip, Inc. in the amount of $154,776.
OLD BUSINESS 1. Continuation to consider request by the Finance Director to allocate $17,716.54 from contingency funds for payment to Intermountain Gas Company for services extended
to Skyway Business Park. NEW BUSINESS 1. Public Hearing (quasi-judicial) on Case No. SUB-72P(E2)-02 (Cedars Subdivision, 414 residential and 15 common area lots on approximately 117
acres), a request by Crestline Development and Heartland Development for a second one-year time extension of the preliminary plat expiring on September 9, 2004. 2. Public hearing (quasi-judicial)
on Case No. SUB-107P-04 (Plymouth Subdivision), a request by Pinnacle Engineers for preliminary plat approval of 10 residential lots and 3 common lots on approximately 30.5 acres in
an R-3 (Multi-family Residential) zone. 3. Public hearing (quasi-judicial) on Case No. SUB-45(2)F-00 (Weston Point #2), a request by Dyver Development LLC for final plat approval of
52 residential lots on approximately 10.70 acres in an R-1 zone. 4. Public hearing (quasi-judicial) on Case No. OA-51-04, a request by the Community Development Director to amend the
Zoning Ordinance Number 1451 -Article 7, Sections 10-07-01 through 10-07-18 “Landscape Ordinance” and Article 8, Sections 10-08-01 and 10-08-02, “Caldwell Tree Ordinance.” 5. Consider
and discuss approval of application for downtown Brownsfield Grant. 6. Financial and Human Resource Reports. 7. Council Reports. 8. Mayor’s Comments. 9. Adjourn. Next Regular City Council
