PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG. ROLL CALL. SPECIAL PRESENTATION. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION. CONSENT CALENDAR: 1. Approve acceptance of the minutes from the Regular City Council meeting held on June 19, 2006 and the Friends of the Depot meeting held on May 9, 2006; 2. Approve Award of Bid for construction of concrete sidewalk, curbs, and street paving on the portion of Lincoln Street west of Indiana to Hess Construction, Inc. in the amount of $67,432.10; 3. Approve Award of Bid for Karcher Water Crossing of Wilson Drain to Star Construction in the amount of $37,196.32. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Consider Bill No. 25 (Ordinance No. 2600) regarding the annexation of Lemrick Properties, LLC and stand as the second reading. 2. Consider Bill No. 1 (Ordinance No. 2576), a request by the Community Development Department to amend the Caldwell Zoning Ordinance, Section 10-02-01, regarding multiple land uses within a single parcel or building, to waive the three reading process, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 3. Continue Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case No. Ann-116-06, a request by Kimberly Huitt to annex approximately 1.49 acres into the City as an R-1 (Single-Family Residential) zone. 4. Continue Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case No. SUB 142P-06 and ANN-115-06, a request by Jordan Meadows, LLC for annexation of 101.30 acres as R-1 (Single-Family Residential) zone, to include a development agreement, a Comprehensive Plan Map amendment designating the site low-density residential, and preliminary plat approval of Jordan Meadows Subdivision consisting of 318 residential lots and 19 common lots. 5. Continue Public Hearing (Legislative): Case No. OA-73-06, a request by the Community Development Department to amend Section 10-07-03 of the Caldwell Zoning Ordinance concerning the introduction of a Preliminary/Sketch Landscape Plan. 6. Continue Public Hearing (Legislative): Case No. OA-74-06, a request by the Community Development Department to amend Section 10-07-04 of the City Zoning Ordinance concerning selection/choice of landscape materials. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Public Hearing (Legislative): To consider Bill No. 35 (Ordinance No. 2610), a request by James R. McGarvin of West Valley Construction on behalf of James Fulcher Trucking to vacate a portion of South Michigan Avenue and Cedar Street, with a request to waive the rules and pass on the first reading. 2.
