PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG. ROLL CALL. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION. CONSENT CALENDAR: 1. Dispense with reading of the minutes of the June 6, 2005 Regular City Council Meeting and approve as written; 2. Approve acceptance of the minutes from the Caldwell Public Library meeting held on June 1, 2005; and the Caldwell City Traffic Commission meeting held on June 6, 2005; 3. Approve Findings, Conclusions and Order in SUP-237-05 on the motion to dismiss the appeal filed by Gina Lujack; 4. Approve Resolution authorizing execution of two Crossing Agreements with the Bureau of Reclamation and Pioneer Irrigation District for the Wilson and Isaiah Drains for the Karcher Road Project and the Wilson Drain on Georgia Avenue; 5. Approve Resolution accepting dedication of sewer, water, storm drain and street light facilities in Apple Creek Subdivision No. 1 (Caldwell Elementary School). OLD BUSINESS 1. Continuation of Public Hearing (quasi-judicial) on Case Nos. SUB-118P-05 and SUP-243(A)-05, a request for preliminary plat approval of Stonehenge Subdivision, consisting of 20 residential and 3 common lots on 5 acres and an appeal of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s denial determination of the special use permit allowing duplexes within an R-1 (singlefamily) zone. NEW BUSINESS 1. Public Hearing (quasi-judicial) regarding an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) in the amount of $500,000 for improvements to eliminate slum and blighted properties within the downtown core area of Caldwell. 2. Consider Bill No. 22 (Ordinance No. 2557) annexing Laurence and Emma Grassl into the Municipal Irrigation District with the request to waive the three-reading process and pass on the first reading. 3. Public Hearing (quasi-judicial) on Case No. SUB-84(2)F-03 (Apple Creek Subdivision), a request for final plat approval to develop 19 residential lots and 3 common area lots on approximately 4.79 acres. 4. Public Hearing (quasi-judicial) on Case No. SUB-58(3)F-00 (Monarch Subdivision), a request for final plat approval to develop 74 residential lots and 4 common area lots on approximately 18.34 acres. 5. Consider a report by Sage Community Resources regarding the Status of Funds for the Depot Plaza /Parking Project. 6. Financial and Human Resource Reports. 7. Council Reports. 8. Mayor’s Comments. 9.
