acceptance of the minutes from the Regular City Council meeting held on May 21, 2007; 2. Approve Order of Decision and Development Agreement for Case No. ANN-150-07 (Jay Gibbons/Certified
Mechanical Services, LLC annexation); 3. Approve Order of Decision for Case No. SUB-140(1)F-06 (Copper Creek Subdivision No. 1); 4. Approve Resolution accepting right-of-way deed from
Caldwell School District #132 for Syringa Middle School sidewalk frontage along Linden Street; 5. Approve Resolution accepting right-of-way deed from Caldwell School District #132 for
Syringa Middle School sidewalk frontage along Washington Avenue; 6. Approve Resolution accepting right-of-way deed from Caldwell School District #132 for Syringa Middle School sidewalk
frontage along Willow Street; 7. Approve Resolution accepting a sewer line easement from Alfredo and Maria Rodriguez for Marble Heights Subdivision; 8. Approve Resolution accepting a

a term expiring December 31, 2007; OLD BUSINESS: 1. Continued Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case No. SUB-171P-07, a request by Stanley Consultants and JCB Land Development, LLC for
preliminary plat approval of Blaisdell Subdivision consisting of 8 buildable lots in an R-3 (Multi-Family High Density Residential) zone. The site is located on Elm Street and Ash Street
west of 10th Avenue. 2. Continued Public Hearing (Legislative): Case No. OA-83-07, a request by Caldwell’s Planning and Zoning Department for a text amendment to Section 10-08-02(8)E
of the Zoning Ordinance concerning arborist contractor licensing in the City of Caldwell. 3. Consider Bill No. 19 (Ordinance 2670) for Case No. OA-83-07 (arborist contractor licensing)
with a request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 4. Consider Bill No. 24 (Ordinance 2675) for Case No. OA-84-07 (2007 amended zoning
map) with a request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Consider declaration pursuant to Chapter 14, Title 50 of
the Idaho State Code to declare city owned property underutilized or not used for public purpose and to declare value or minimum price and set the public hearing date for July 2, 2007
during the Regular City Council Meeting. 2. Consider Bill No. 41 (Ordinance 2692) to approve annexation to the Municipal Irrigation District for Quail Ridge Subdivision No. 1 with a
request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 3. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case No. DAN-03-07 (Hickman De-annexation), a request
by Randall and Marshall Hickman for de-annexation of 6.25 acres of land out of the City of Caldwell located north of Linden Street and east of KCID Road. 4. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial):
Case No. ANN-152-07 (Deide annexation), a request by Rodney Deide, Brad Klahr and Modus Architecture for the annexation of 4.22 acres of land into the city with C-2 (Community Commercial)
zoning, a comprehensive plan map amendment from Low Density to Commercial and a development agreement. The site is located at 5401 S. Florida Avenue. 5. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial):
Case No. SUB-173P-07 (Montana Subdivision), a request by Conger Management Group and GLS LLC for preliminary plat approval of Montana Subdivision consisting of 17 residential lots and
3 common lots located on Montana Avenue between Uvalde Street and Tyler Street. 6. Public Hearing (Legislative): Case No. OA-86-07 (Planned Unit Developments), a request by City of Caldwell’s
Planning and Zoning Director for a text amendment to section 10-03-07 of the Caldwell Zoning Ordinance concerning Planned Unit Developments. 7. Consider Bill No. 26 (Ordinance No. 2677)
for Case No. OA-86-07 (Planned Unit Developments) with a request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 8. Financial & Human Resource
Reports. 9. Council Reports. 10. Mayor’s Comments. 11. Executive Session pursuant to Idaho State Code 67-2345, subsection 1(f) for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. 12. Adjourn.
