Meeting and approve as written; 2. Approve acceptance of the minutes from the Caldwell City Traffic Commission meeting held on May 2, 2005; 3. Approve Resolution authorizing execution
of a Fire Protection Contract between the City of Caldwell and the Rural Fire Protection District; 4. Approve Resolution authorizing execution of an Intermountain Regional Mutual Aid
Agreement with the State of Idaho Bureau of Disaster Services; 5. Approve Resolution authorizing execution of a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with the State of Idaho Military Division
for the Hazardous Materials Team; 6. Approve Resolution accepting dedication of sewer main, water main, and street lights in South Park 2 Subdivision #6 by Heartland Development, LLC;
7. Approve Award of Bid for the Skyway Street Project. OLD BUSINESS None. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consider Bill No. 18 (Ordinance No. 2553) annexing Blackhawk Subdivision No. 5 into the Municipal
Irrigation District with the request to waive the three-reading process and pass on the first reading. 2. Public Hearing (quasi-judicial) to consider adoption of Caldwell Access Control
Standards for state administered highways. 3. Consider Bill No. 21 (Ordinance No. 2556) regarding acceptance of Caldwell Access Control Standards for state administered highways ordinance.
