on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 3. Consider Bill No. 73 (Ordinance No. 2648) for Case No. ANN-139-06 (Hamilton Estates Subdivision) with a request to waive
the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 4. Consider Bill No. 70 (Ordinance No. 2645) for Case No. ANN-140-06 (Mandalay Ranch Subdivision) with

a request by Randall and Marshall Hickman for de-annexation of 6.25 acres of land out of the City of Caldwell. 8. Continued Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Numbers ANN-132-06 and
SUB-156P-06, a request by L-202-1 ID Peregrine Estates for annexation of 161.15 acres into the city with R-1 (Single-Family Residential) zoning, a development agreement, and preliminary
plat approval of Peregrine Estates Subdivision consisting of 449 residential lots and 23 common lots. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Public Hearing (Legislative): A request by the City Engineer for
adoption of the City Pressure Irrigation Construction Standards. 2. Consider Bill No. 23 (Ordinance No. 2674) for adoption of the City Pressure Irrigation Construction Standards with
a request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 3. Public Hearing (Legislative): A request by the City Engineer concerning proposed
amendments to Chapter 12 of the Caldwell Municipal Code relating to Building Regulations. 4. Consider Bill No. 22 (Ordinance No. 2673) for proposed amendments to Chapter 12 of the Caldwell
Municipal Code relating to Building Regulations with a request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 5. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial):
Case Number ANN-145-07, a request by Dyver Development for the annexation of 0.68 acres of land into the City with R-1 Single-Family Residential zoning located at Montana Avenue and
Moss Street. 6. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Number ANN-148-07, a request by Jake Telford for annexation of 0.45 acres of land into the City of Caldwell with an R-1 Single-Family
Residential zoning located at 1105 E. Ustick Road. 7. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Number SUB-168P-06, a request by Bob Feller for preliminary plat approval of Swan Ridge Subdivision
consisting of 10 residential building lots and 2 common lots located at 422 N. Georgia Avenue. 8. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Number ANN-138-06, a request by Living Waters
Worship Center for annexation of 5.2 acres of land into the City with R-1 Single-Family Residential zoning located on 10th Avenue and a development agreement. 9. Public Hearing (Legislative):
Case Number OA-83-07, a request by Caldwell’s Planning and Zoning Department for a text amendment to Section 10-08-02(8)E of the Zoning Ordinance concerning arborist contractor licensing
in the City of Caldwell. 10. Financial & Human Resource Reports. 11. Council Reports. 12. Mayor’s Comments. 13. Executive Session pursuant to Idaho State Code 67-2345 for the purpose
