Consider Bill No. 64 (Ordinance 2639) for Case No. ANN-136-06 (Dakota Crossing #3) with a request to waive the rules, pass on the first reading, and approve the summary for publication. 2. Second reading of Bill No. 20 (Ordinance 2671) for Case Number OA-82-07 (Impact Fees) by title only. 3. Consider Resolution pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2808(2) concerning acquisition of golf course equipment through a Sole Source Expenditure. 4. Consider Resolution authorizing the execution of a Cooperative Governmental Agreement and Grant of License for locating, constructing, and maintaining transit structures in the public rights-of-way with Valley Regional Transit. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Consider Case Nos. ANN-135-06 and SUB-160P-06 (Sierra Ridge Subdivision) regarding the addition of wording to Condition of Approval No. 11.33. 2. Public Hearing: Case No. DAN-01-07 (Payne De-annexation), a request by Marlin Payne for de-annexation of 1.19 acres of land out of the City of Caldwell. 3. Public Hearing: Case No. DAN-02-07 (Matsumoto De-annexation), a request by Richard Matsumoto for de-annexation of 10.90 acres of land out of the City of Caldwell. 4. Public Hearing: Case No. DAN-03-07 (Hickman De-annexation), a request by Randall and Marshall Hickman for de-annexation of 6.25 acres of land out of the City of Caldwell. 5. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Numbers ANN-142-06 and SUB-167P-06, a request by Dyver Development for annexation of 46.33 acres of land into the city with R-1 (Single-Family Residential) zoning, a development agreement, and preliminary plat approval of Klamath Falls Subdivision consisting of 170 residential lots and 10 common lots. 6. Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Numbers ANN-132-06 and SUB-156P-06, a request by L-202-1 ID Peregrine Estates for annexation of 161.15 acres into the city with R-1 (Single-Family Residential) zoning, a development agreement, and preliminary plat approval of Peregrine Estates Subdivision consisting of 449 residential lots and 23 common lots. 7. Executive Session pursuant to Idaho State Code 67-2345 for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and property acquisition. 11. Adjourn.
