AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE CITY CLERK SHALL
CREDIT ON THE PURCHASE PRICE OF PERPETUAL CARS ON
ANY LOT IN THE CALDVJELL CITY CEMETERY,ALL SUMS
OF MONEY HERETOFORS PAID A3 SHOWN BY THE BOOKS
AND RECORDS OF THE CITY CLERK,BY PERSONS TOR THE
CARS AND UPKEEP OF SAID LOT,AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY TO RECEIVE A3 PART OR FULL PAJMENT ON THE
COST FOR PERPETUAL CARS OF LOTS IN SAID CEMETERY,
UNUSED PORTIONS OF LOTS HERETOFORE SOU)BY THE
CITY,AT A PRICE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CEMETERY
COMMITTEE AND SEXTON OF SAID CITY,AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL,CANYON COUNTY,IDAHO:
SECTION I:That the Clerk of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho be,and he hereby is,authorized and directed to give
credit to the owner of any lot in the Caldwell City Cemetery
on the cost of perpetual care of such lot in the Cemetery,as
heretofore fixed by the Ordinances of the City of Caldwell,
of all suns shown by the records of said City to have here
tofore been paid for the upkeep and care of said lot,and to
give such credit at such time hereafter as the owner of such
lot shall pay to the City Cleric,the balance of the cost of
such perpetual care for said lot,as fixed by the Ordinances
of the City of Caldwell.

SECTION II:Any person now owning any unused portion
of lots in said Cemetery heretofore sold and conveyed,and
desiring to procure perpetual care on the used portion of
said lots,may receive credit on costs of such perpetual
care as determined by the Ordinances of said Gity upon re
conveyance to said City of the unused portion of said lot s
of such amount as shall be determined by the Cemetery Committee
and Sexton of said Gity to be fair and equitable.
SECTION III:All ordinances and parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
