Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Celdivell, Idgho, as follows:
Section 1. That Titlo 1 of the Caldwell City Code 1962 be
amended by an additional Chapt r numbered 21, to read as follo

as is required by law of municipal officer=s, which oaths shall be
filed. witYi the City Clerk. Oto officer shall enter upon the per-
formance of the duties of his office until he shall have sub-
scribed and filed cuci oath as above required.

duties of their respective offices.

Section 3. That Title I of the Caldwell City Code 1 be
am-nded by addl Chapter 23 to read as follows:

CY: As provided in Section 27 or the Constitution of the St-te
of Idaho th: is hereby established the following procedure for
filling the offices of the elected officials ii-i the event of an
emergency or disaster:
In the event of a vacancy i,9 the office of na,yor only, the
