Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1. That the Caldwell City Code of 1962, be amended

4-17-12: NO PERMIT EXCEPT THROUGH COMMITTEE: No permit or
license for any concession, booth, tent, temporary structure,
or awning where merchandise, soft drinks, or lunches are sold
or disposed of, shall be granted to persons operating independ-
ently of the committee or person in charge of such a rodeo, fair,
celebration, carnival, or other public festivals without pro-
curing a special permit from the Mayor and Council of the City
of Caldwell and in addition thereto paying a license fee for
each booth, stand, temporary structure, tent, or awning, in the
sum of $10.00 per day, and the Mayor and Council may grant or
withhold such license or permit with discretion provided that
nothing in this Code shall effect persons with a permanent place
of business in the City of Caldwell.
4-17-13: RODEO CONCESSION REGULATIONS: No person shall operate
maintain, or construct any concession, booth, tent, temporary
structure, or awning within the city limits within the City of
Caldwell, where merchandise, lunches, or soft drinks are sold or
disposed of during or in connection with any rodeo, fair,
celebration, carnival, or other public festivals without first
procuring permission from the City Council or from the committee
of citizens in charge, duly appointed by the Mayor and Council
for such occasion.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
