HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 974• 0 BILL NO. 3 ORDINANCE tiu. 974 BY COUNCILMAN Vassar AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DRIVING OR LEADING OF HORSE-DRAWN VEHICLES, OR THE RIDING OF HORSES OR MULES ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, PROVIDING FOR PERMITS FOR PARADES OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS OR ORDERS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. CALDWELL: Section 1. The driving or leading of horse-drawn vehicles, passage of parades, ceremonies, or,other public occasions, the Chief of Policels authorized to permit the riding of horses, o driving of horse-drawn vehicles within said area, for the time I necessary to conduct such parade or public ceremony. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Chief of The term, "horse", shall include mules, jacks, jennies, or any other four-footed hoofed animal. Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts , in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and Iled. Section 5.
