AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, INTO THREE WARDS'
WITH METES AND BOUNDS, ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF, AND
AMENDING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the CITY OF
CALDWELL, Idaho:
Section 1. The City of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby divided
into three wards, the boundaries of which are described as Follows:
a. First Ward. All that part of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
lying East and North of the Main Track of the Oregon Short Line
Railroad.
b. Second Ward. All that part of the City of Caldwell
lying South and West of the Main Track of the Oregon Short Line
Railroad, and East and South of 10th Avenue.
c. Third Ward All that part of the City of Caldwell lying
West and South of the Main Track of the Oregon Short Line Railroad
and North and West of 10th Avenue.
Section 2. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
annulled.
Section $. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to
law.
PASSED By the Council this 6th day of February, 1961.
APPROVED By the Mayor this 6th day of February., 1961.
