AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND = OF A TAX FOR GENERAL
REVENUE PURPOSES FOR PAYING THE CURRENT EXPENSES OF THE CITY OF CALDTMILL,
CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1960.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable property
within the City Limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, for
general revenue purposes for the fiscal year beginning the lst day of May,
1960, in addition to other taxes heretofore levied, the following taxes and
assessments, to-wit:
For the General Fund
23 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For the Library Fund
3 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For the Street Lighting Fund
4 hills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For the Fire Fund
2 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For Street Sprinkling, Flushing
and
Oiling Fund
7 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For Armory Construction Fund
1 mill on every dollar
of assessed valuation
Section 2. This ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval
and publication.
