the hour of eight oclock, PA., a public hearing would be hold
wherein objectiono could be presented opposing the vac"ing of
certain streets and alleys, particularly desoribed as follows, to
Section 2. That no objections having been made to vacating
said streets and alleys, a-ad no claim or claims havlug peon made
for damages which would result therefrom-, it is hereby detemined
that no citizens of, or owners of property in, the City of
4al�ll, will be dmiagod or injured by the vacation of the
