BE IT ORDA!1= :13 THE, %1AYOR kND COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF CALUd-ELL, IDAHO, as follows: Section 1. That, pursuant to resolution of the Ylayor and Council of the 'City of Caldwell, Idaho, notice of time and place of a hearing was published in the Nevis-Tribune, a newspaper pub- lished in the 'City of Caldwell, Idaho, in two issues thereof, dated lvllay 21 and iiiay 28, 1960, which said notice prodded for a hearing on the 6th day of June, 1.960, at the hour of 8 o'clock, P.1 where objections could be made to the alteration of the boundaries of the 'IC" Commercial Zone of the City of Caldwell. Section 2. That said hearing having been duly and regularly held, as provided in said notice, and more than three-fourths of the members of the City Council approving the alterations and changes of the vyClt Commercial Zone, as set forth in said notice; Section 3. NOV., THEREFORLE, BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLIKED, That the OCII Commercial Zone of the City of Caldwell be defined and determined to be those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, within the followinS boundaries: M LAW OFFICES SMYrH & MILLER r �ALDWELL, IDAHO The Southwesterly one-half of Block 4, Washington Heights, Steunenberg and Hands Addition to Caldwell, idabo. The Northeasterly one-half of Block 30, Original Townsite of Caldwell, and Block 12 of.Dormants Addition to Caldwell, Idaho. Commencing at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Dearborn Street; thence running Southwesterly along the centerline of Fifth Avenue to the intersection of Fillmore Street; thence running Southeasterly along the centerline of Fillmore Street to the intersection of Tenth Avenue; thence Northeasterly Im LAW OFFICES SMITH & MILLER CALDWELL. IDAHO conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 5, This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
