WYEREAS,the common Council of the City of Caldwell,Tdaho,deen it aa-
visable to issue the coupon tonds of said City of 0"'Ild'aall
Dollars,h sum within the Vatutory limits of the Statatv%
of thn State of Idaho,and.
VVEREAS,the authority to issue such coupon bonds has been vested by
an act of the Legislature of the State of Idaho,approved Fetruary 2nd.
1899,
Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Caldwell:
SECTION 1, That there shall be issued by the City of Caldwell,ldaho,

to bear interest and to be paid by means of a sinking fund to be created
as hereinafter provided,providing two-thirds of the qualified electors
and tax payers of sail 0ity,voting at a special election held as herein
provideC,shnll assent to the issuiyg of said bonqs.
