Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Caldwell:
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and shall take
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
PASSED By the Council this 6th day of August, 1959.
APPROVED By the Mayor this 6th day of August, 1959.
