1. That an application has been presented to the
I and rourcil- of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage and ap-
proval of an ordinance vacating the alley as contained in Block 56
of Caldwell, Idaho, between Thirteenth Avenue and Fourteenth Avenue
as shown upon the Plat of Foote Addition to Caldwell, Idaho,
according to the official Plat of said Addition of record in 'the
office of the County Recorder. of Canyon County, Idaho, anti that
certain Plat designated as the Revised Yiap of Caldwell, Idaho,
filed July 29, 1-89- at 3:00 o'clock F.M. and now of record in
Book 1 of Flats, page 20, in the Recorderts Office of Canyon County,
Idaho, which alley is more Particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Easterly corner of Lot, 12 of Foote Addi-
i tion to the City of Caldwell., running thence Northwesterly
on the Northeasterly boundary lines of Lots 3-2, 3 11, 3.0, 9,

different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell

citizen of the City of Caldwell or any o,vner of property in the
City of Caldwell- may file with the Clem of the City of Caldwell
any claim for damages lorhich anysuch citizen or owner of property
may sustain by reason of the vacation of said alley and all c3_airns
for damages so filed w-111 be considered and ascertained by the
