AN ORDINANCE RECITING THE PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE NO. 931; DETERMINING THAT NO OBJECTIONS HAVE BEEN 'MADE
AND FILED TO THE VACATION OF THE ALLEY AS CONTAINED IN BLOCK 16
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO AND STRAN RN ADDITION NO. I, ACCORDING TO THE
REVISED MAP OF CALDWELL, ,IDAHO, FILED IN BOOS I OF PLATS, PAGE 20,
RECORDS OF CANYON COUN`PY IDAHO- DETERMINING THAT THE VACATION OF
SAID ALLEY IS TO THE BEST INTEREST AND ADVANTAGE OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, ITS CITIZENS AND PROPERTY OWNERS- DETE F*ININ;G THAT NO
DAMAGE WILL BE SUSTAINED BY ANY CITIZEN OR PROPERTY OWNER BY
REASON OF THE VACATION.OF SAID ALLEY; PROVIDING THAT THE TITLE
TO SAID ALLEY AS VACATED SHALL. REVERT TO THE PERSONS DEDICATING
T E SAME, THEIR SUCCESSORS, HEIRS 09 ASSIGNS; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR FARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT H'EREWI'TH AND PROVID-
ING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND ITS TAKING EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That by Ordinance Igo. 931, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of March, 1959, and
published in the News- Tribune, a; newspaper published in the City
of Caldwell, Idaho, and in one issue thereof on the, . day of
March, 1959, notice was given to all citizens and owners of
property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho;, that an application had
been presented to the Mayor and Council of the City 0f Caldwell,
Idaho, requesting the passage and approval of an ordinance vacating:
the alley as platted in Block '16 of Caldwell, Idaho, and Strahorn
Addition No. 1, according to the revised map of Caldwell, Idaho,
filed in Book 1 of Plats, page 20, records of Canyon County, Idaho,
which ordinance providing the manner for filing clams for damages
ahi ch would be sustained by the vacation of the alley above de-
scribed.
Section 2. That no objections to granting said application
nave been made or filed and no claim or claims have been made for
iamages which would result therefrom; and it is hereby determined
That no citizen of, or owner of property in the City of Caldwell
III be damaged or injured by the vacation of the alley as platted
n Block 16 of Caldwell, Idaho, and Strahorn Addition No. 1, as
escribed in Section l of this ordinance, and that it is in fact to
he best interest and advantage of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and
LAW OFFICES.
