BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section I. That Section 1-226 of the Caldwell "ode of 1-942,
the City are paid.
"Section 1-226 (a) The Mayor shall devote his full time
and attention to the affairs of the 'City of Caldwell, and shall
not, during his term of office, operate, keep, maintain, or be
employed at, or in, any business, establishment, concern, or
enterprise, that shall in any way conflict with his duties as
Mayor of the City of Caldwell, as herein set forth.
"Section 1-226 (b) The Mayor of the City of Caldvell shall
keen and maintain re,;Nlar hours of work, of not less than the
hours per waek or per day, as established for the general offices
of the City of Caldwell.
"Section 1 (c) The Mayor and Council shall provide
offices in the City Ball of the City of Caldwell for the Mayor."
k 110 Section 2. The Mayor shall perform all of the duties requir
of Mayor under the Provisions of Chanter 3, Title 1 - 0, Idaho Code,
and such other duties as may be reasonably required by the Council.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect, and the
salary changes, as set forth herein, shall become effective as,
of, and from the first day of Alay, 1959.
