AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND LEVY OF A TAX FOR
GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES FOR PAYING THE CURRENT EXPENSES OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BE-
GINNING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1958.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the tax-
able property within the City Limits of the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, Idaho, for general revenue purposes for the fis-
cal year beginning the lst day of May, 1958, in addition to
other taxes heretofore levied, the following taxes and assess-
ments, to-wit:
For the General Fund 21 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For the Library Fund
For Street Lighting Fund
For Fire Department Fund
3 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
3 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
2 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For Street Sprinkling, Flushing and
Oiling Fund 7 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For Recreation Fund 2 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation
For Armory Construction Fund 1 mill on every dollar
of assessed valuation
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED By the Council this 7th day of July, 1958.
