AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -104 OF THE CALDWELL CODE OF 1942
AS AMENDED BY ORDNANCE NOS. 681 and 847 by ALTERING AND CHANGING
THE BOUNDARIES OF "C" COMMERCIAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO; PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATES OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PRO-
VIDING THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 4 -104 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 as amended by Ordinance Nos. 681 and 847 be amended to read
as follows:
"4 -104. ICI Commercial Zone.- -The ICI Commercial Zone
shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, within the following boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly line
of the Oregon Short Line Right -of -Way and 6th Avenue and
running thence Southeasterly along said Right -of -Way line
to 9th Avenue, thence Southwesterly along 9th Avenue to
the alley between Arthur Street and Blaine Street, thence
Northwesterly along said alley to 7th Avenue, thence North-
easterly along 7th Avenue to Arthur Street, thence North-
westerly on Arthur Street to 6th Avenue, thence Northeast-
erly on 6th Avenue to the place of beginning.
Also beginning at the intersection of 7th Avenue in
Caldwell, Idaho, with the alley line between Albany and
Belmont Streets, thence Northeasterly along 7th Avenue
to the point of intersection with Denver Street, thence
Southeasterly along Denver Street to the point of inter-
section with 9th Avenue, thence Southwesterly along 9th
Avenue to the point of intersection with Albany Street;
thence Northwesterly along Albany Street to a point 150
feet Northwesterly from the Southwesterly line of Block
65 of the Original Townsite of Caldwell, Idaho, thence
Northeasterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of
said Block 65 to the point of intersection with Belmont
Street, thence Northwesterly along Belmont Street to a
point 150 feet Northwesterly from the Southeasterly line
of Block 66 of the Original Townsite of Caldwell, Idaho,
thence Southwesterly parallel with the Southwesterly line
of said Block 66 to the alley in said block, thence
Northwesterly along said alley to the point of beginning.
Also beginning at the intersection of Arthur Street
with 5th Avenue in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, thence
Southwesterly along 5th Avenue to the point of inter-
section with Dearborn Street; thence Northwesterly along
Dearborn Street to the point of intersection with 4th
Avenue; thence Northeasterly along 4th Avenue to the
point of intersection with the alley line between Cleveland
Boulevard and Dearborn Street; thence Northwesterly along
the alley between Cleveland Boulevard and Dearborn Street
to the point of intersection with 2nd Avenue, thence
Southwesterly along 2nd Avenue to the point of intersection
with Paynter Avenue, thence North along Paynter Avenue to
the point of intersection with Aven Avenue, thence East
along Aven Avenue to the point of intersection with Arthur
Street', thence Southeasterly along Arthur Street to the
point of beginning.

Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
