the City of Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1: That an application has been presented to the
Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage
and approval of an ordinance vacatinZ Elomquist Avenue from its
intersection with Evans Street to its intersection with Crookham
Street, as shown upon the plat of the Industrial Site Addition to
the City of Caldwell, which portion of Blomquist Avenue is more
particularly described as follows:
CO-AUY1ENCING at the Southwest corner of Lot 3
of the Industrial Site Addition to the City
of Caldwell, running thence North alone the
West boundary line of Lot 3 to the Northwest
corner thereof; thence at right ankles West
to the Northeast corner of Lot 2 of the Indus-
trial Site Addition to the City of Caldwell;
thence running South along the East boundary
line of Lot 2 to the Southeast corner thereof;
thence at rights anZles East to the point of

and in which application the applicant is the owner of all the
property abutting and adjacent to 3lomquist Avenue on the West and
has acquired all of the interest in said property to be vacated fr
the owners of the property abutting; and adjacent to said Blomquist
Avenue on the East.
Section 2. That said application will be considered unde

different days at a meetinS of the Council of the City of Caldwell,
to be held on the 18th day of February, 1957, at the hour of,8:00
