AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NOS. 622, 627, 629, 635, 637, ,�E 670, 68$,
5 700, 722, 770, 777, 7$2, 795, 826, AND 854 OF THE CITY OF CALDLL,
RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF THE ASSISTANT TO CITY ENGINEER AND THE
6 BUILDING INSPECTOR; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THIS ORDI-
NANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE -
7 WITH.
8 Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
9 Caldwell, Idaho:
10 Section 1. That Section 1 -227 of the Caldwell Code of
11I 1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 622, 627, 629, 635, 637, 670,
12 6$$, 700, 722, 770, 777, 782, 795, 826, and 854, be,'and the same
13 is hereby amended in part to read as follows:
14 11 1 -227. Salary for Certain Officers.- -The salary of the
�N8 following city officers shall be as follows:
CityTreasurer .......... .................�.i..0300.00 per month.
a 16 Deputy City Treasurer .. ........................4190.00 per month.
Deputy City Clerk ...... ........................0240.00 per month.
0 17 City Engineer ......... ..................:.....V525.00 per month.
Assistant to City Engineer ................ '350.00 per month.
18 Building Inspector ............................. 350 .00 per month.
Meat Inspector ... ............................... 50.00 per month.

Section 2. All salary or compensation changes as pro -

vided in this ordinance shall become effective as of and from the
21
1st day of July, 1956.
22 1 Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
23
flict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and shall
25
take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
