, ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 -209 OF THE CALUXELL CODE OF 1942 OF THE
CITY OF CALDVdELL, IDAHO, CHANGING THE NIUE OF INDIANA STREET TO ITHACA
STREET AND CHANGING THE NAME OF THAT CERTAIN STREET IN THE CI'1'Y OF CALDVIELL
KNOWU AS CEMETERY ROAD TO ILLINOIS AVENUE AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 7209 of the Caldwell Code of 1942 be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 7 ®209. Ithaca Street. The name of that certain Street in
the City of Caldwell known as Indiana Street and formerly
known as Ninth Street North is hereby changed and shall
hereafter be known and designated as Ithaca Street."
Section 2. That the name of that certain street in the City of
Caldwell known as Cemetery Road is hereby changed and shall hereafter be
known and designated as Illinois Avenue.
Section 3. All ordinance$ , in conflict heowith wre hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
